So! The house is beginning to look like a house.
With a deck!
From this deck, I can almost reach out and touch the top of the swing. It's perhaps a foot too far.
And, pictures of our babies, head and toe.
Mother is doing pretty well. She's tired a lot. Dad's doing his best to help her out. The house moving forward is helping a lot. We both feel pretty excited about the progress there. Our builder seems pretty incredible.

Much Progress!
This is roughly 14 hours into framing. These guys are fast!
The rock and roll corner.

Perhaps the most terrifying story I've ever read
Here's a link to the discussion page for the article, not the article itself. It's a Washington Post story about the poor souls who forgot their child in the back seat of the car. I was in tears by page three. In many ways the comment page is equally saddening and terrifying. Read if you wish.

It's coming...
So, over at Fairway Hill, they've built up the foundation with another row or two of cinderblocks ("CMUs", or Concrete Masonry Units) and this week they're supposed to be framing. It should really begin to take shape this week.
Elise's mom is visiting; this weekend we went to a massive consignment sale held by the North Fulton Mothers of Multiples Club. We got strollers, car seats, and a bunch of other baby stuff. Parenthood rapidly approaches!
More pictures soon.
