Even though the presentation is lovely...PETA would not approve. Somehow you don't think of bacon as a Pig... but roasting a whole pig just seems disturbing. Poor Wilbur. With that said, I'm sure you will do a fine job.
I'm going to have to weigh in on the other side. See ing whoe pig gives you an appreciation of what has been given up for you, and you respect it more. I, for one, am looking forward to whenever that day may be, Steve.

I'm agreeing with anonymous, honey. Seeing that whole dead pig was gross and heartbreaking.
